Welcome to the AIR website!

Academic In-House Recruiters (AIR) is a network designated for in-house recruiters who actively participate in faculty recruitment affiliated and/or associates with an academic facility. AIR is the first “official” chapter of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and was formed to be the premier resource for in-house recruiters and physicians interested in the special niche of academic/teaching environments.

Collaboration with AAMC

The Academic In-House Recruiters Network is proud to partner with the Association of American Medical Colleges in support of the recruitment and retention of acadmic physicians. We encourage you to visit their website (www.aamc.org), as well as their new blog, Wing of Zock (www.wingofzock.org) for up-to-date news and articles on the transformation of academic medicine.
